Terms and Conditions for Booking and Cancelling a course
1.Booking Confirmation: •The booking of a course is considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. •Participants will receive a confirmation email containing details of the course, including date, time, location, and any other relevant information. 2.Payment: •Payment for the course must be made in full before the commencement date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. •We accept online payment methods only. 3.Cancellation Policy: •Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@eurodancemed.com. •Participants are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made 15 days before the scheduled course start date. •No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date. •In the event that the course is cancelled by us, participants will receive a full refund of the course fees. You will be notified 3 weeks prior to the start date if the course is to be cancelled. 4.Rescheduling: •Participants may request to reschedule their course date subject to availability. •A rescheduling fee of £10 may apply. 5.Substitutions: •Participants may request to substitute another individual in their place for the registered course without additional charges. 6.Course Changes: •We reserve the right to make changes to the course schedule, location, or content. Participants will be notified in advance of any such changes. 7.Participant Responsibilities: •Participants are responsible for ensuring that they meet any prerequisites for the course. •Any materials provided during the course are for personal use only and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission. 8.Liability: •We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the course or related activities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. 9.Intellectual Property: •All course materials, including but not limited to handouts, presentations, and exercises, are the intellectual property of the presenter. Participants agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for commercial purposes without permission. The European Dance Medicine Initiative will endeavour to make sure that the content of each course is current and applicable but will not be held responsible or liable for the views of the presenters or the content of presentations 10.Governing Law: •These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the European Union By booking a course with the European Dance Medicine Initiative, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
